The University of Bahrain reported that an interactive event called Shefra aimed to raise students' awareness of cybersecurity concepts and build their technical and practical skills.

According to the university, participants tackled simulated real-world challenges that required them to analyse problems and come up with suitable solutions within a fixed time.
