Peru's SINEACE recognises Universidad de Lima Communication accreditation to 2030
Peru's quality assurance system has made official the recognition of the accreditation CONAC granted to Universidad de Lima's Communication programme, valid until 21 August 2030, together with an annual reporting requirement.
Why it matters: Universidad de Lima is required to send its Communication programme's continuous improvement plan to Coneau, Peru's university quality council, every year.
A resolution from SINEACE, Peru's national system for evaluating, accrediting and certifying educational quality, made official a 29 October 2026 board decision of Coneau, its council for university education quality, approving recognition of an accreditation held by Universidad de Lima's Communication programme.
According to the resolution, the accreditation was granted by the Consejo de Acreditación de la Comunicación y las Ciencias Sociales (CONAC), and the recognition is valid until 21 August 2030.
The recognition covers the programme as taught in person at the university's Lima campus on Avenida Javier Prado Este in the Santiago de Surco district.
The resolution requires the university to send Coneau, on an annual basis, the programme's continuous improvement plan submitted to CONAC, along with that agency's response or feedback where applicable.
