Why it matters: Learners and other main stakeholder groups at Khon Kaen University are the people the university says its process changes are meant to serve.

Khon Kaen University (KKU) said it staged its second TQC PLUS Conference on 19 October 2026.

According to KKU, the event dealt with Category 3 and item 7.2 of the criteria used for the Thailand Quality Award (TQA), which cover how an organisation hears from its customers and divides its markets into segments.

The university said the aim is to improve how it works in a structured way so that it responds better to what students and its other principal stakeholders require.

KKU described the conference as part of its wider organisational push towards excellence in operations.
