Why it matters: Students in GUtech's LTSM programme saw their winning theses rewarded with certificates and displayed to staff, peers and guests.

GUtech, the German University of Technology in Oman, reported that its business and economics faculty held an event marking the 2026 LTSM Best Thesis Award.

According to the university, each winning student received a certificate acknowledging the standard and impact of their thesis.

GUtech said the occasion featured a display of the student projects, allowing staff, students and visitors to examine the work and meet the winners.

The university described the award as evidence of its dedication to strong research and to readying graduates for careers in logistics, tourism and services.
