Why it matters: Recruitment and marketing staff at BINUS face prospective students who, the university says, contact current students directly on social media alongside official channels.

Dr Judi Arto, Marketing Director of Bina Nusantara University (BINUS), presented the university's perspective at QS Higher Ed Summit 2026, according to a BINUS newsroom post.

BINUS said that prospective students, besides consulting official websites and campus promotional material, also reach out directly to current students through social media.

According to BINUS, accounts of everyday student life have become an important way for applicants to judge whether a campus matches their expectations.
