USP's Ribeirão Preto faculty seeks volunteers for study on sustainable consumption
A research team at the University of São Paulo's Ribeirão Preto philosophy, sciences and letters faculty is recruiting volunteers for a study on how awareness of consumption impacts shapes purchasing.
Why it matters: People who volunteer would take part in a University of São Paulo study on whether knowing about consumption impacts influences what they buy.
The University of São Paulo (USP) said it is looking for volunteers to take part in a research project on sustainable consumption.
According to USP, the study is being conducted at its Faculdade de Filosofia, Ciências e Letras de Ribeirão Preto (Faculty of Philosophy, Sciences and Letters of Ribeirão Preto).
The university said the research examines how people's knowledge of the impacts of consumption affects their decisions when making purchases.
