Why it matters: Students and universities in Libya are the groups the University of Benghazi's proposed catalogue is meant to serve, by easing moves and course recognition between institutions.

The University of Benghazi reported that it attended a national workshop of the ARMONIA Project, held in Tripoli.

At that workshop, the university put forward a proposal for a Student Mobility Catalogue, according to its newsroom.

The university said the catalogue would help learners move between Libyan institutions, take part in academic exchanges and have the courses they complete recognised elsewhere in the country.
