Why it matters: Students and academic staff at Universidad de Concepción and Universidad Europea de Madrid are the groups that possible mobility initiatives discussed during the visit would cover.

Universidad de Concepción (UdeC) reported that its rector closed an agenda in Spain by visiting the Simulated Hospital and laboratories of Universidad Europea de Madrid.

According to UdeC, the meeting covered challenges shared by higher education and possible initiatives for collaboration between the two universities.

UdeC said the areas discussed included the mobility of students and teaching staff.
