Why it matters: Maastricht University alumni, including those at European institutions, consultancies and think tanks, can put forward their career stories for the new series.

Maastricht University (UM) said it has launched a new series, Where Are They Now?, to showcase the career journeys of its alumni and how their time at the university shaped them.

The university said its alumni are shaping policy and driving innovation in organisations worldwide, from Maastricht to Brussels and beyond.

UM is inviting alumni working in Brussels to a Brussels Alumni Lunch on 19 January, where it will explain how the series is being introduced.

The university is asking alumni who want to share their stories to contact its Brussels hub by email.
