Why it matters: The University of Kufa's College of Urban Planning has used a volunteer poster to address women's digital protection and cybersecurity awareness under the national plan.

The University of Kufa said its College of Urban Planning, represented by its women's affairs unit, produced a volunteer awareness poster presenting digital awareness as the first line of defence for women's safe digital protection.

According to the university, the poster implements the national plan of technology for development for girls in Iraq (2026–2030), under its second pillar on digital protection and cybersecurity awareness, which includes awareness campaigns spreading posters.

The university said the work was carried out in cooperation with the college's quality assurance division and its cultural and volunteer committees.
