Ulm University launches biotech master's linking RNA and stem cell therapies with AI
Ulm University in Germany has introduced a master's programme in Pharmaceutical and Molecular Biotechnology that combines pharmaceutical research with modern therapeutic approaches and data science.
Why it matters: Students considering a master's at Ulm University can now choose a programme spanning molecular biology, pharmacy and data-driven biotechnology.
Ulm University said it has launched a new master's programme in Pharmaceutical and Molecular Biotechnology, abbreviated PMB.
According to the university, students on the course learn how RNA-, protein- and stem cell-based therapies work.
The university said the programme also covers how bioinformatics and artificial intelligence methods can be applied to developing new pharmaceutical active substances.
