All 41 UP Diliman examinees pass October 2026 chemical technicians licensure exam

The University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) said all 41 of its examinees passed the October 2026 Chemical Technicians Licensure Examination, giving it a 100% passing rate.
According to the university, its top passer was Axel M. Labing-isa, an instructor at UPD's Institute of Chemistry.
UPD reported that Labing-isa was one of six examinees who achieved 95%, the highest rating recorded in the examination.
